SHIPPING & RETURNS

Action Adventures does offer returns or refunds as long as the following conditions are met.

• Action Adventures must be contacted within 30 days of the initial purchase of the product

• A receipt or order confirmation must be provided

• At the time the item is returned it will be inspected and it must be free of defects and in new condition (if there was damage when you received the product that needs to be documented before it is returned to Action Adventures)

  • If a product is damaged before arriving at your door, we will help you replace the item at no additional costs

• If you have received an incorrect product we will replace it at no additional cost
